當您接洽世界台灣同鄉會會聯合會暨歐洲台灣協會或參加它承辦的活動，您將可能主動性提供一些個人資料。
While contacting the World Federation of Taiwanese Associations and European Federation of Taiwanese Associations or participating an event held by it, personal data may be provided from time to time on a voluntary basis.

個人資料處理的法律基礎： Art. 6 para. 1 a), b) and f) EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Legal Basis for the data processing by EFTA and WFTA are Art. 6 para. 1 a), b) and f) of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
個人資料處理目的及範圍：
- 會籍行政管理以及會員，會友或關聯人士的聯絡：姓名，地址，EMAIL， 電話，帳戶以及其他聯絡方式。
- 各項報名作業：姓名，地址，EMAIL， 電話，帳戶，其他聯絡方式報名時以及報名時所需的個人資料；
- 宣傳及公關工作：言詞紀錄，照片， 錄影，錄音及個人影像
The scope and the purposes for us to process personal data are, - For the administration of membership matter and communication with the members, other interested and associated persons: the name, address, Email, telephone number, account numbers and the other contact details; - For the registration matters of our events and conferences: the names, address, Email, telephone number，account numbers and the other contact details as well as other personal information as required at registrations; - For the public relation and promotion: The words, photos, video， sound and images of a person.
可以接觸到個人資料的只會是歐台會和世台會的工作人員，而且是在有必要的情形下。 歐台會和世台會不會未經同意將您的個資傳送給第三方，除非是辦理必要程序或是執行您指定的項目所需，例如參訪單位或保險公司要求。 歐台會和世台會不會將個人資料作為商業用途。
The personal data will only be accessed by working members of EFTA and WFTA on a need-to-know basis. EFTA and WFTA will only transfer your personal data to a third party with consent of the person concerned or if it is absolutely required to perform the tasks under the above purposes or to fulfil the assignments requested by the person concerned, such as registration for a visiting programme or for insurance purposes. EFTA and WFTA will not process the personal data for any commercial purposes.
您可以隨時詢問個資儲存內容並且要求更正，刪除或封鎖。 除非法律另有規定，我們保存個人資料的期限為6年。
The persons concerned are entitled to be informed at any time about their personal data processed by EFTA and WFTA. Furthermore, the persons concerned have the right to request at any time to delete, correct or not to use their personal data. Unless otherwise provided by laws, we will store the personal data for 6 years.

DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION OF CONSENT

世界台灣同鄉會會聯合會（”世台會”）暨歐洲台灣協會（”歐台會”）于2023年9月8日至11日期間在立陶宛威爾紐斯舉行年會 (“年會”)。我已報名參加並且自願填寫相關個人資料。我在此同意，

World Federation of Taiwanese Associations (WFTA)and European Federation of Taiwanese Associations (EFTA) is holding its annual conference from 8 September 2023 to 11 September 2023 in Vilnius, Lithuania (“Annual Meeting”). I have registered and provided voluntarily my personal data. I hereby agree that,

  1. 為了利於主辦單位處理年會報名手續，付款事宜，以及向各訪問單位登記，歐台會和世台會可以編排，處理，儲存我的個人資料並且轉交給各相關單位。
    In order to carry out the registration procedures for the Annual Meeting, payment matters, arrangements for visiting programme, EFTA and WFTA is entitled to edit, process, save my personal data and transfer them to the respective organisations to be visited.
  2. 歐台會和世台會可以在製作年會活動紀錄時，對我個人攝影，錄音或照相，並可用於製作年會報導，公佈在報章雜誌，歐台會和世台會網頁以及Internet, 社群網站, 例如Facebook或Youtube上。
    For the purposes of documenting its Annual Meeting, EFTA and WFTA may take photos, video or record the voice of me. EFTA and WFTA may use them to produce the reports on its Annual Meeing, publish them on newspapers, internet, website of EFTA and WFTA or on social media, such as Facebook and Youtube.
  3. 歐台會和世台會可以編排，處理，儲存我的個人資料以及聯絡方式，寄給我歐台會和世台會以後舉辦或協辦，支持的活動資訊。歐台會和世台會不可寄給我其他的廣告資訊或用於商業用途。
    EFTA and WFTA may edit, processs and save my personal data as well as the contact details and send me in the future the information about the events organised, co-organised or supported by EFTA and WFTA. EFTA and WFTA is prohibited to send me any other advertisement or use my personal data in a commercial way.
